JAMMU, Nov 18: Tawi Welfare Society organized an eye camp from November 15 to 17 at village Surechak of Block Mandal in Jammu.
During the camp, around 253 patients were examined by a team of Ophthalmologists comprising Dr Neerupama Dogra and Dr Kamal Gupta of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu who identified 33 patients for cataract surgery.
On November 16 to 17, Dr Shekhar Sharma and Dr Kamal Gupta conducted cataract surgeries of the 33 identified patients. The supporting staff of Eye Department of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar accompanied the Eye Surgeon Dr Neerupama Dogra for follow up on November 16 and 17 at Surechak Village.
