‘Facilitate return of stranded students’

JAMMU, Apr 25: All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC Organisations has demanded facilitating of J&K students stranded in Kota, Rajasthan due to the ongoing lockdown.
In a press conference here today R.K Kalsotra, J&K president of the Confederation claimed that parents of the stranded students are also expressing concern over their well being.
“As most of the hostels and other residences are shut these students are putting-up in hotels and guesthouses,” he claimed.
The Confederation leader also demanded that the students stuck in other parts of the country and abroad should also be brought back immediately.
He urged upon the Lieutenant Governor of J&K to bring the stranded students back and establish separate quarantine facilities for them after which they can go to their homes.
