KATHUA, Oct 3: Associate Professor, Ashwani Kumar Khajuria of Department of Food Science and Technology and Dr. Rajni Khajuria, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry of Government Degree College for Women Kathua have been granted a German Patent vide Patent No. IPC: A61K36/886 in collaboration with Mahakaushal University, Jabalpur, India.
Title of the invention is ‘Composition of Ethno-Medicinal Anti-Depressant Energy Drink’.
They were the two inventors in the team of ten members.
All the members own the Intellectual Property in Germany for the next nine years, which can be further extended.
