JAMMU, June 12:  Crime Branch Jammu has booked a youth for managing a fake appointment order as driver in the Government Health Services Department.
The fake order, regarding appointment of accused  Vishal Dogra  of Canal Road Jammu, was detected by the General Administration Department (GAD). On verification, the  appointment order, bearing number 440-GAD of 2013 dated 20-3-2013, purportedly  issued under endorsement number GAD-(ESTT)A-127/2009-SB/2711-15, dated 20-3-2013, was found fake and fabricated.
On a written complaint, lodged by Manzoor Ahmed, Under Secretary GAD, the Crime Branch registered a case against Vishal Dogra and others under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B RPC.
The preliminary investigations hint that Vishal Dogra in convenience with other accused persons and with malafide intentions, procured the fake appointment order to secure a Government job in the Health Services Department. Further investigations in this regard were on.
