JAMMU, Aug 4: Family members of a woman, who was found hanging at the residence of her in-laws here at Sidhra area of the District yesterday, staged a demonstration by blocking the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
They alleged that their daughter, Priya Chib, 27, was murdered by her in-laws for the want of dowry and later her murder was projected as a case of hanging. They demanded that the accused be punished in the matter.
