DODA, Apr 19: The family members of a youth, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Batra Hospital Jammu held protest, here today.
Amid slogans, the protesters carrying body of the deceased alleged that their son namely Sunil Kumar of Renkha has been murdered and demanded immediate arrest of the accused persons.
They also blocked the vehicular movement on the Doda-Kishtwar highway at Renkha.
After getting information, SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma along with SHO Thathri rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors with the assurance that fast and fair investigation will be conducted in the death of the youth. On the assurance, the protestors dispersed and vehicular movement was restored on the highway.
