Farflung areas lack development

Sir,
It sounds pleasing to read statements issued by Cabinet, State, ministers that priority is attached to the development of poor people living in far flung areas of this State and equal development of three regions of  the State viz Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. But these claims often prove hollow.
Take the example of any of the areas in three regions where poor people suffer from basic necessities like road connectivity, relief, electrification etc.
Even in the current year, the tall claims of PDD department  seem to be hollow. In this nuclear powered country, people of J&K are clamouring for regular power, minimising power cuts etc. What to say, PDD dept is even without electric poles, service wires and electric metres. Live example of this is in Bhaderwah of district Doda where to get an electric connection one does not get it even after fulfilling all formalities as the department   does not provide meter, main service wire electric poles. The connection holder has to arrange them on its own. But where to lodge the complaint? No higher ups to listen.
Same is the case with road connectivity. Every road in tehsil Bhaderwah is in worse condition, damaging shockers of light vehicles, two wheelers with the result accidents often take place.
Tourism Development Authority has no funds for minor mast lights, street lights in this scenic valley of Bhaderwah. The tourist spots reflect the mockery of the concerned department. Administration is silent over the matters  and not observing ground realities, doing only paper work to submit it to higher authorities for so called important meetings. Will Chief Minister pay attention to  this neglected part of the city?
Yours etc…..
