LOS ANGELES, Sept 19: Actress Michelle Rodriguez feels the next “Fast and Furious” will become a good reason for the whole cast to move on from its member Paul Walker’s death in 2013
Rodriguez, after Vin Diesel, is the next to share details and the influence of Paul Walker on the upcoming “Fast & Furious” movie.
The 37-year-old actress said the new project will be a bittersweet experience without Paul, but they plan to start filming soon, reported E! online.
“Next summer! Yeah, we’re trying to round up the troops,” she said.
Rodriguez, who stars as Letty Ortiz in the popular franchise, said the movie will be the perfect way to help cope up with losing Walker.
“We need a good reason to move on after Paul. And being that this is a global franchise now, it’s not just the American baby, it’s important that we consider moving on and take it seriously.
“But for us as a cast, I think we need a reason and it needs to have heart, so hopefully we’ll find it, you know? And somebody who’s passionate about directing it— I think that’s the most important thing is finding a good director,” she said. (PTI)
