BARAMULLA, July 26: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a man and his son after charas was recovered from their possession in the apple township of Sopore in this north Kashmir on Friday, a police spokesman said here.
On a tip-off, police arrested Ghulam Mohiuddin Dar and his son Ghulam Hassan Dar, residents of Teliyan Mohalla Armpora, Sopore, after half a kg of charas was recovered from their possession.
He said a case FIR No. 209/2019 U/S 8/20, 29 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sopore and further investigation has been initiated.
