FDC employees demand pension, 7th PC benefits

JAMMU, May 1: All J&K FDC Employees Union has demanded pension and 7th Pay Commission benefits for the employees in the Jammu and Kashmir.
In a meeting of the Union held here today under the chairmanship of Sher Din, retired Block Officer, the members discussed their burning issues. They demanded pension and 7th Pay Commission benefits besides implementation of SRO-43 cases in favour of deceased families of the employees. They further demanded that NOC from the concerned quarters be issued prior to six months of the employees.
Prominent among those present in the meeting included- Azad Singh, Bashir Ahmed, Abdul Larif, Mohd Rafiq, B A Chakoo, Ashok Kumar and others.
