KATRA, June 11: A female pilgrim from Uttar Pradesh died here today while on way to Mata Vaishno Devi cave shrine.
The deceased was identified as Munni Devi (62), wife of Ram Shanker of Divyapur, district Muradabad in UP. She suddenly became unconscious and fell down near Adhkwari. She was immediately shifted to Adhkwari dispensary by her family members, who were accompanying her. At the dispensary, Doctors referred her to CHC Katra for further treatment but she died enroute to Katra.
