JAMMU, Nov 16: Grand Plaza Lords Inn today welcomed the upcoming Christmas season by organizing a cake mixing event.
The day was celebrated with special children from Jahaan –an NGO run by Sunali Verma, dedicated to the welfare of orphan children hailing from rural areas, along with guests and in-house staff.
On the occasion, Stephen Ganon, General Manager, Grand Plaza Lords Inn said, “At Grand Plaza Lords Inn Jammu, we strongly believe in giving back to the society and Christmas being the festival of joy and happiness, we are sharing this experience with these special children. This way we are trying to merge our Corporate Social Responsibility with day to day operations”.
All the cake ingredients were generously mixed and handpicked to showcase some of region’s most vibrant flavors. The cake mixture included cashew nuts, candid peels, tuti fruity, rasins, almonds and many more ingredients to incorporate together. Grand Plaza Lords Inn associates are excited to host this fun-filled activity, heralding the onset of new season.
Amid preparations, Chef Gaurav, Executive Chef stated, “Cake Mixing is an age old tradition over the world and we are very excited to host this ceremony as we prepare for a festive season filled with cheer”,
