JAMMU, Oct 25: FICCI FLO JKL, in partnership with the Model Institute of Engineering & Technology (MIET), has announced the Jammu & Kashmir Startup Conclave 2024 (JKSC 2024) during a press conference at Jammu, today. This highly anticipated event is scheduled for November 8 at MIET and aims to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup growth in the region.
Ruchika Gupta, Chairperson of FICCI FLO JKL and Director of MIET, highlighted the event’s vision, stating, “The startup ecosystem in Jammu & Kashmir is in its nascent stage, and this conclave aims to ignite a culture of innovation.” JKSC 2024 will feature keynote addresses, fireside chats, panel discussions, and exciting startup showcases, bringing together founders, investors, mentors, and policymakers to enhance the region’s startup landscape.
The conclave boasts a lineup of renowned speakers, including Bhuvan Gupta, Co-founder & CTO of Oxyzo & OfBusiness (both unicorn startups), Aarti Gupta, National Head, FICCI FLO Startup Cell, and CIO, Family Office DM Gupta & Anikarth Ventures, Dr. Deepak Motwani, Principal, Wadhwani Foundation & Mahavir Pratap Sharma, Chair, TiE India Angels and RAIN (Rajasthan Angels).
Varuna Anand, Immediate Past Chairperson of FICCI FLO JKL, discussed the exciting award categories, which include Pride of JK Startup award, early stage promising startup award, elevator pitch award with a total cash prize of Rs 2.5 lakh.
