JAMMU, Dec 30: FICCI FLO Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh (JKL) presented its first edition of ‘Trailblazers’ by celebrating women achievements from all walks of life in a grand show of compassion and togetherness to strengthen the ‘Power to Empower’ in the truest sense of the caption during ‘Trailblazer Award Ceremony’ at iconic Hari Niwas Palace, here today.
The event started with the founding chairperson Ritu Singh with her welcome address that stirred the emotions for the occasion. Nothing starts without a prayer at FICCI FLO JKL, the air resounded with the Ganesh Stuti invoking celestial blessings on all those present, followed by the National Anthem.
Trailblazers is an initiative started by Ritu Singh, is about extraordinary women, who lead by example, live on purpose and inspire others to be more and do more. With courage commitment and integrity, she inspires to make a ripple impact on society.
It is about moving the needle to recognise achievements of women across the board making an impact locally, nationally and globally, said Ritu Singh.
Neetu Bali and Parakh Jain members of FICCI FLO JKL played the perfect hostesses whilst compering the entire event, honouring each awardee with aplomb coupled with poetry and apt quotations.
The recipients shared their journeys with the august gathering making the session interactive, informative and engaging.
