Filmmaker Kumar Sambhav joins Panthers Party

JAMMU, Nov 4: Filmmaker Kumar Sambhav here today joined J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) and was welcomed into the party fold by JKNPP Supremo, Prof. Bhim Singh.
Speaking on the occasion Prof. Singh remembered the days when Sambhav was a student leader and hoped that by his joining the cultural wing of JKNPP he shall spread the message of JKNPP amongst the public of J&K and the country.
A handout stated that son of the soil, Sambhav, 41, was born in Jammu and remained active in film industry in Mumbai for the past many years with his latest documentary ‘Unconditional Yourself’ based on women empowerment.
A handout stated that popular Hindi Film, ‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’ and UP Crime based film ‘Sargana’ are amongst the films to his credit.
Kumar assured that culture of J&K along with the message of JKNPP will be spread far and wide through the medium of his short films and other media-clips.
Anita Thakur, General Secretary JKNPP, Capt. Anil Gour, Secretary and Mushtaq Ahmed Choudhary, District President Rajouri were present on the occasion.
