KISHTWAR, May 6: A mysterious fire broke out in a religious institution here today.
Police said the fire erupted in Madrassa Sarajul Aloom located in Main Market Chatroo around 7 pm.
“After hectic efforts, the flames were contained around 9 pm by fire tenders pressed into the service,” police said.
SSP Kishtwar personally monitored the fire dousing efforts.
