JAMMU, Nov 25: A fire broke out in the police departmental store at Gulshan Ground near District Police Lines (DPL) Jammu here this evening.
As per police sources, a fire broke out in the police departmental store at Gulshan Ground near DPL Jammu.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames. After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
The fire broke out due to short circuit, while exact loss could be ascertained after investigation completes.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
