JAMMU, Feb 6: The Government today ordered transfer and postings of five Chief Engineers (CEs) of Power Development Department (PDD) with immediate effect.
According to the order, VK Sarangal, awaiting orders of adjustment after placement as CE, has been posted as CE JKSPDC BHEP Chanderkote against an available vacancy. Similarly, Sandeep Seth awaiting orders of adjustment after placement as CE, has been posted as CE (Distribution), JPDCL vice Ashwani Kumar Sachdeva, who has been transferred and posted as CE (Trading), JKPCL, against an available vacancy relieving Bashir Ahmad Dar of additional charge.
Likewise, services of Rajan Gupta, awaiting orders of adjustment after placement as CE, has been placed at the disposal of Managing Director, Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited for further duties against an available vacancy while Latif Ahmad Shah, awaiting orders of adjustment after placement as CE, has been posted as CE Projects KPDCL against an available vacancy relieving Javaid Yousuf Dar of the additional charge.
