JAMMU, July 1: A five day workshop on capacity building programme of newly promoted heads of the institutions was inaugurated here today.
Subject of the workshop is ‘Management and Planning’ and ‘Art Integrated Learning in Educational Technology’ for masters and teachers and it is being organised by State Institute of Education (SIE) in collaboration with Directorate of Samagra Shiksha.
J.K Sudan, Joint Director (Training)/Principal SIE Jammu inaugurated the workshop which will culminate on July 5.
Speaking on the occasion Sudan asked the participants to adopt managerial skills, knowledge of financial rules and develop leadership qualities.
