JAMMU, Feb 25: Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, M A Choudhary today awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 4000 each to Sunil Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Som Nath, Guchhu Ram and Harbans Lal, who were facing trial in attempt to murder case for the last 13 years.
After hearing APP Ajay Singh Manhas for the State, the court convicted all the accused and awarded three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 4000 each.
