Five injured as car plunges into gorge

RAMBAN, Sept 19: Five persons were injured today when their car plunged into a deep gorge in Ramsoo area.
According to the reports, today at about 6 AM, a Wagon-R car bearing registration number DL8CK-3148, driven in a negligent manner from Jammu towards Srinagar, when reached at Magarkote Morh, plunged into a 60-70 feet deep ‘nallah ‘.
In the mishap, all five occupants of the car including driver Jatinder Pal Singh (48) son of Mahinder Singh, resident of Vishnov Garden, Delhi, Somnath (38) son of Parkha Ram, resident of Shiv Ram Park, Delhi , Nithin Kumar (18) son of Pintu Chindallah, resident of Shiv Ram Park, Ravi Kumar (21) son of Ram Dilari, resident of Shiv Ram Park and Anupam (19) son of Roop Chand, resident of UP, got serious injuries.
They were shifted to PHC Ramsoo for treatment. In this connection, a case FIR No 69/2017 under Sections 279/337 RPC was registered at police station Ramsoo and investigations started.
