Five injured in road mishap at Ghagwal

SAMBA, Dec 17: Five passengers were injured after the vehicle in which they were travelling rolled downed near Nonath Sector in Ghagwal area of district Samba today.
According to report, during the intervening night, the mishap occurred at Jammu- Pathankot National Highway near Nonath Sector Ghagwal in district Samba, when a vehicle ECO Van bearing Registration No JK02CG- 9824 which was coming from Kathua side and going towards Samba, on reaching near Nonath, suddenly rolled downed on the middle of National Highway as the driver lost control on it, as a result of which five passengers who were travelling in the vehicle got critically injured. They were brought to District Hospital Samba with the help of local people where after the first aid the doctors referred all of them to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
The injured have been identified as Bunty, son of Manohar Lal, Renu wife of Bunty both residents of Rehari Chungi Jammu, Mitu wife of Vicky, Prinsi daughter of Vicky resident of Kothi Morh Bishnah and Sanjeev Ramotra.
In this regard Police has registered a case and started further investigations.
