JAMMU, Feb 12: Five persons were injured today in two separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, three persons of a family identified as Banarsi (40) son of Bishamber Dass, a resident of Kanachak, his brother, Prabhu (35) and son, Ram Sharma (15), got injured when the bike on which they were travelling, was hit by a car at Rajpura in the jurisdiction of police station Kanachak.
Meanwhile, two persons including a minor boy was injured when a bike collided with a scooty at Balol area of Miran Sahib. The injured have been identified as Deedar Singh (20) son of Kulbir Singh and Amandeep Singh (10) son of Jasbir Singh, both residents of Tanda (RS Pura).
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where their condition was stated to be stable.
In both cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
