JAMMU, July 21: Members of Jammu Flour Mills Association today submitted a memorandum to newly appointed Director of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Jammu Amit Sharma listing their demands and expressed confidence that their issues will be addressed by the new Director in view of his good record in all previous departments.
The Director patiently listened to grievances of the flour mill owners involved in the Public Distribution System (PDS) grinding and assured them that a Committee will be formed to look in to the issues raised by the Association through the memorandum.
The members present in the meeting were Rakesh Chowdhary, Ashok Mahajan, Raj Nargotra, Anil Gupta, Vishal Gupta and Amit Mahajan.
