VIJAYPUR, Apr 3: A protest demonstration by the local populace of the area was held at Railway Station, Vijaypur on Gate No C-51 at railway crossing demanding construction of flyover bridge at Railway Crossing to alleviate the problems of the public, students, employees and patients.
The protest was held under the leadership of provincial general secretary, National Panthers Party (NPP), Rajesh Padgotra who said if the fly over is constructed there, it will facilitate the vehicular traffic, as the public of many villages including Thalori Brahmana, Thalori Gujjran, Thalori Camp, Amwal, etc have to remain stranded at Gate No. C-51 due to crossing of Railway barrier (Fatak).
The public is facing hardships in-negation of flyover and a population of about 5,000 has been experiencing problems which may only be mitigated through the construction of fly over by the Railway Department, he added.
