KISHTWAR, Dec 21: District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav here today ordered attachment of Kamla Devi, FMPHW at District Hospital Kishtwar in CMO office.
The official is deemed to be relieved and directed to report CMO office immediately and CMO Kishtwar and MS Kishtwar are ordered to submit compliance report in this regard.
The action against the official is taken after the enquiry report by the concerned committee constituted by Medical Superintendent Kishtwar District Hospital into the death of Ruksana Begum wife of Sajad Hussain resident of Dadpeth Kishtwar on 13th of this month.
