With imposition of panelity voices on the companies found involved in adulterating food items by High Court, a strong message has been flashed across and certainly it will carry deterrence to all others, actively engaged in similar practices. The decision, indeed carries historical importance as until drastic steps aren’t taken to curb such tendencies, serious health hazards wouldn’t be checked. The perpetrators of such crimes are not enemies of humanity only, certainly the human beings/society being deceived and cheated by these sinful activities for accumulation of money will never be pardoned even in this court.
It goes without saying that with prevalance of corruption, these practices have lengthened their roots deep to the extent that unless drastic measures are adopted by the Govt eradication of such maladies is not so easy. A strong nation is that which possesses healthy citizens and if prevailing practice of adulteration continues unabated, strength of hospitals has to be doubled for diseased and ailing.
