JAMMU, Sept 27: J&K Forest Corporation Employees Forum (JKFCEF) has claimed that over 2500 employees of the Corporation are without salaries for the last over four months.
In a handout Forum Spokesman, Suresh Sharma said the employees are fighting for release of regular salaries but nothing positive emerged.
He also claimed that the criminal silence is maintained by the SFC management in this regard and no DPC has been held for last over three years.
He also claimed that the employees are deprived of benefits of 7th pay commission and arrears of 6th pay commission are also not released to them while regularization of daily wagers is still pending.
The Spokesman hailed the quick response by J&K LG, Manoj Sinha for approving an amount of Rs. 34 crore for disbursement of four month salary and leave salary.
He demanded immediate release of four month salary by Tuesday.
