SRINAGAR, July 15: Forest Minister Mian Altaf’s son today beat up a man inside Police Station Kangan for lodging a complaint about his three men for beating his wife.
Minister’s son Mir Ali beat up a man, Mohammad Sadiq, inside the Kangan police station and managed to take along three persons, including a special police officer, accused of beating the woman, along with him.
A woman from Baba Nagri in Kangan approached the Police Station Kangan and accused three men of beating her. The three accused work in a stone crusher of the Forest Minister’s son.
Police picked up three persons on the complaint filed by woman and her husband. Mir Ali reached the Police Station and beaten husband of the woman for filing complaint against his men and also took along the men working in his stone crusher with him.
Police took Sadiq to nearby hospital where from he was shifted to SKIMS in Soura Srinagar for treatment.
