UDHAMPUR, Feb 1: The employees of Udhampur and Ramnagar Forest Division continued their protest under the banner of Non-Gazetted Forest Officers’ Association (NGFOA) on 15th consecutive day here at Divisional Forest Office.
The leaders of the association are demanding redressal of their already agreed demands like removal of pay anomalies, release of 2 and a half day extra salary, Risk Allowance and DPC of all cadres.
The protesting employees said that they are not fighting for any new demand but for implementation of agreement between Head of Forest Frontline staff and NGFOA on September 22, 2018. They warned the Government not to delay further in fulfilling their demands which may have adverse affects in the coming days.
