Srinagar, Mar 1: Former Deputy Inspector General of Police, Abdul Subhan Lone, passed away today.
Lone passed away today in Srinagar and his last rites were offered at Humhama in the outskirts of Srinagar this evening. Large number of people participated in the rites of the deceased.
After retiring from service Lone was Managing Trustee of Foundation Trust that runs Foundation World School.
A highly respected figure, Lone played a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation World School, ensuring quality education and holistic development for students. His contributions extended beyond academics, as he remained actively involved in community welfare and social upliftment.
