JAMMU, Apr 6: Former MLA, Ashok Kumar has urged upon the Government to restore 4G internet services in J&K as the students, medical professionals and traders are facing a lot of difficulties due to slow internet services here in the ongoing nationwide lockdown.
Kumar said that students and others are advised to work/study from home but the same is difficult without 4G internet services.
He claimed that lack of 4G internet services has made many young people jobless and the same is also destroying the economy of J&K.
Kumar further said that 4G internet services would be useful in ensuring effective information to medical employees, teachers, students and traders.
“There can be continuous flow of important information in the form of videos being circulated about COVID-19 even from Government sponsored schemes,” he mentioned.
