JAMMU, July 24: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Sanjay Dhar granted five days police custody of Bashir Ahmad Dar, former Secretary BOSE, who was arrested by the Crime Branch yesterday in the much publicized ETT Scam.
Crime Branch presented Bashir Ahmad Dar before the Court of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu seeking police remand and after hearing CPO Rajesh Bakshi the court granted five days remand.
