JAMMU, Feb 17: SSP (Rtd) and social worker Bhupinder Singh today visited Agrey-Chak, Badyal- Bhramana area of RS Pura and listened to the grievances of the people.
Rued over the lackadaisical attitude of the ration depot dealer, the villagers apprised Bhupinder Singh about the working of ration dealer. There was resentment among people that despite repeated requests the CAPD Department failed to redress their demand of proper supply of ration.
They also apprised the social worker about the bad condition of roads, which were creating lot of trouble for school going children. They said that these roads have become cause of accidents during the night.
The people demanded immediate action against those responsible for poor condition of roads and also highlighted pension related problems. Mr. Singh gave patient hearing to their demands and assured that he will take up the issues with the concerned authorities for early redressal.
