Fortune invites all to experience the vibrant flavours of Punjab on this Baisakhi season to witness in every bite the real spirit of the festival from April 15 to April 24, 2016.

Baisakhi Food Festival is aiming to create the most authentic Punjabi menu for the occasion. The menu will feature the best of Baisakhi food. The special buffet menu features a variety of carefully selected vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, salads, papad, raitas, shorbhas, breads, kebabs, desserts and much more…
Paneer Amritsari, Paneer Tikka Makhani, Gobhi Methi, Maa ki Dal, Kaju Matter Makhana, Aloo vadiya, Khumb Harapayz, Kathal Pulao are the vegetarian delicacies and Kukad Makhani, Rada Ghost, Macchi Methi Masala, Tandoori Kukad, Macchi Amritsari, Saraye Meat Masala and Pulao are among the non-vegetarians.
