Four bovines rescued, smugglers flee

JAMMU, Mar 4: Police today rescued four bovine animals, while the smugglers managed to flee.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Tikri police post laid a naka on Mand link road and intercepted a Tata mobile bearing registration number JK06-1604.
During checking, police recovered four bovine animals, while the smugglers managed to flee from the spot, leaving behind the vehicle.
A case under FIR number 31/13 under Section 188 RPC, 3 PCA Act has been registered at Rehmbal police station and manhunt has been launched to arrest the smugglers.
