SRINAGAR, Dec 10: Police today said it arrested four gamblers and recovered stake money worth rupees 8900 from the gambling spot.
A police spokesman said on a tip off, police raided a gambling place at Chol Mohalla in Khanyar here and arrested 4 gamblers identified as Bashir Ahmad Lone, Muhammad Ishaaq Bhat, Ghulam Ahmad Bhat and Ajaz Ahmad Wani.
“Stake money of rupees 8900 has been recovered from the gambling spot. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
