Four gamblers nabbed

JAMMU, Sept 22: Police nabbed four gamblers along with Rs 3770 stake money and playing cards today from Model Town area, falling under the jurisdiction of Gangyal police station.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Gangyal police station conducted raid in Model Town area and nabbed four gamblers along with Rs 3770 stake money and playing cards.
The accused have been identified as Thiloo, son of Pallu, Ravi, son of Bagwan, Amama, son of Bhagu and Papu, son of Mahi Lal, all residents of Model Town.
A case under Section 13 Gambling Act has been registered at Gangyal police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Gangyal Inspector Aejaz Wani made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO South Sachin Gupta and SP South Shaazad Salaria.
