KATHUA, Sep 4: Billawar Police today arrested four accused persons for trespassing into the house of a lady and abusing her.
Acting on a complaint of the lady namely Reva Devi wife of late Pawan Kumar, resident of Dewal (Billawar) that four persons with criminal intention attacked her and used filthy language when she was at her home, a case FIR Number 126/2023 U/S’s 452/323/427/504/506/IPC was registered today at Police Station Billawar against the accused.
Acting swiftly, a police team led by Inspector Jatinder Singh (SHO, Police Station Billawar) arrested all the four accused persons namely Kaku Ram son of Mohinder Kumar, Ballu Ram son of Shakti Ram, Happy and Banty (all residents of Dewal, Billawar) within 3-4 hours while further investigation in the case is underway.
