Srinagar, Mar 5: Four persons were injured in different road accidents in Valley, here today.
A police spokesman said an unknown motorcycle hit and injured a pedestrian Hafiza Begum at Safakadal area. “She was shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment then referred to Bones and Joints Hospital Srinagar for further treatment. A case in this regard has been registered,” he said.
The police spokesman said a Santro car JK09-4250 and a sumo JK09-235 collided near Sholoora in Kralpora area of Kupwara district, resulting in injuries to the driver of Santro car. “He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Kralpora for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The police spokesman said a load carrier JK01H-6587 collided with a Zen car bearing registration number UPH-6066 in Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to the driver of load namely Zahoor Ahmad and another person identified as Bilal Ahmad. He said the police have registered a case in this regard.
