Four injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Mar 19: Four persons were injured today in separate road accidents in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, a 57-year old person identified as Isher Dass son of Sain Dass, a resident of Bagh-e-Bahu and Banu Singh (20) son of Rajesh Singh, a resident of Prem Nagar were injured in a road mishap at Christian Colony, Jammu. Both injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
At Domana in city outskirts, a pedestrian identified as Balbeer Kumar (22) son of Faqir Chand, a resident of Domana received injuries after being hit by an unknown vehicle. He was also shifted to GMCH for treatment.
A youth identified as Ajay Kumar (25) son of Bawa Ram, a resident of RS Pura suffered injuries when the scooter he was riding on was hit by an unknown vehicle. He was immediately shifted to a Government hospital in RS Pura from where later he was referred to GMCH.
In all cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
