JAMMU, July 26: Four persons were injured, when the load carrier they were traveling in skidded off the road at Chowki Chowra area of tehsil Akhnoor.
As per police sources, a load carrier on its way to Jammu from Rajouri, met with an accident near Chowki Chowra in tehsil Akhnoor, resulting into injuries to four persons.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where their condition was stated to be stable, when reports last came in.
The injured have been identified as Sohan Singh, son of Gurdyal Singh of Katyala Gurdaspur, Shoba Anand Paswan, son of Chuni Lal Paswan of Bihar, Bharat Bhushan, son of Hari Ram of Kathua and Babu Ram, son of Balak Ram of Hiranagar.
A case in this has been registered by police and investigation started.
