Four injured in road mishaps

JAMMU, Aug 30: Four persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, two youth identified as Rahul of Mohinder Nagar and Shivam Sharma of Nowshera, were injured when a bike on which they were travelling, was hit by a speeding car at 4th Tawi bridge.
A motorcyclist identified as Samant Chopra (40) son of Mohan Chopra, resident of Upper Shiv Nagar, got injured when his bike was hit by another bike near the office of the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu.
Another mishap occurred near Airport, where a speeding car hit a bike. In the mishap, a two year-old child namely Divyansh Saini, son of Spahail Singh of Arnia, travelling on the bike, sustained injuries.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In all cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
