JAMMU, Feb 24: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday seized four vehicles for illegal mining in Jammu District.
A police spokesperson said that one tractor trolley was seized by a team led by SHO Akhnoor Inspector Harjeet Singh, one by a team led by SHO Nagrota Vishav Partap Singh, and two tractor trolleys by incharge Police Post Jourian, PSI Karnail Singh.
“The vehicles were mining in violation of a High Court order,” he said, adding that the DMO Jammu has also been intimated about the seizures made.
