Srinagar, Dec 3: Several Forest Protection Force personnel were detained by police for their alleged involvement in timber smuggling bid in Dedikote forest area in Villgam Handwara this evening.
A police party raided the specified forest area, during which several Forest Protection Force employees were found in connivance with the timber smugglers this evening.
All the involved employees were detained.
