JAMMU, Oct 26: Mahavir Society for Education and Research (MSER) in collaboration with Department of Indian Systems of Medicines organized a free Ayurvedic medical check up camp at Radha Krishan temple, Panjtirthi.
The deputed team of doctors and pharmacists led by Dr KK Sharma, Dr Ashok Sharma, Dr Ravi Dutt Sharma, Dr Sushma from the Department of Indian Systems of Medicine under the leadership of Director ISM, Dr Kabir Dar examined the patients.
Free medicines were distributed in the camp by the department under the supervision of MSER members.
Around four hundred people were benefited in the day long camp in which Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman, MSER also distributed blankets, sugar and milk packets.
Chairman with his untiring effort made it a point of clarify to the people the long term need of organizing such camps and also stressed upon his commitment on behalf of MSER to serve the needy beneficiaries at large.
Among others present were KK Gupta retd DIG, Vipan Nichal, Raj Kumar Sodhi, Kuldeep Mehta, Raj Kumar Sharma and Vinod Manhas.
