Free medical camp organized

KATHUA, Oct 3: A mega medical camp was organized by Department of Indian System of Medicines (ISM) at Government Ayurvedic Dispensary (GAD), Parliwand, under the guidance of ADMO Kathua- Dr Deepika Sankhy-adhar, with the active participation of the members of Lions Club Supreme Kathua.
President, Lions Club Supreme, lion Jagvir Singh was also present. The camp was actively attended by the staff of GAD, Parliwand, Jangalote and Lachhipur.
The doctors who rendered their specialized services at the camp were Dr Deepak Rajan, Dr Balkrishan, Dr Suresh Sharma, Dr Nitin Mahajan, Dr Ruby Ubbott, Dr Narinder Sharma, Dr Vikas Ubbott, Dr Sakshi Sharma and Dr Bharti while paramedical staff included Deshraj Bhagat, Roshanlal and other volunteers.
The lion members of Lion Club Supreme Kathua, who rendered their full support to the camp were Kuldeep Singh, Roshan Gupta, Sanjeev Rai and Sarvesh Gupta.
About 926 patients were examined and given free medicines for various chronic diseases and among them 325 were registered for various panchkarma procedures.
