JAMMU, Nov 27: French Language Cub Jammu successfully organized a comprehensive French Language workshop for educators in Jammu. This unique workshop aimed to bring together dedicated French Language teachers for an enriching experience focused on professional development and collaboration.
The event featured Prachi, an esteemed expert and faculty member from Delhi University, as the resource person. Prachi brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering valuable insights into innovative teaching approaches and the latest trends in French language education.
The event was honored by the presence of former Deputy Mayor, Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria, who graced the occasion with his inspiring words. His support and encouragement added a significant touch to the workshop, acknowledging the importance of foreign language education in the region.
Hosted by French Club, the workshop featured renowned experts in French linguists and education, providing valuable insights into the latest teaching techniques, curriculum development, and effective classroom strategies. The workshop covered a diverse range of topics including innovative approaches to French language instruction, incorporating technology in French language teaching, creating dynamic and inclusive French language curriculum and strategies for fostering language proficiency in students.
Participants had the chance to exchange ideas, share best practices, and gain practical tools to elevate their teaching skills. The workshop aligned with the broader goal of promoting linguistic excellence and fostering a supportive community of educators dedicated to the French language.
“We are excited to bring together French language teachers from reputed schools of Jammu for this collaborative workshop,’ said Arun Sharma, founder and president, French Language Club,” Our aim is to provide a platform for professional growth, knowledge sharing, and building a strong network of educators committed to the advancement of French language education in the region” and the teachers who attended the workshop from reputed schools of Jammu were KC Public, IDPS, Shaurya International, Heritage, Jodhamal, Jammu Sanskriti, Model academy, British International, GD Goenka Public School, Akhnoor, Doon International, Government Polytechnic College, Jammu and SPIL.
French Club members who were present on the occasion were Arushi Mahajan, Samarpal, Megha and Arun.
