JAMMU, Sept 17: Forum for Right and Justice (FRJ) in association with Federation of Trade and Industry of India (FTII) assisted in the marriage ceremony of a poor girl.
Dr. Sanjay Bansal, national president of both FTII and the FRJ along with Sanjeev Aggarwal, general secretary FTII, presented a cheque of Rs 31,000 to the family of the girl.
In addition to the financial support, they also contributed clothes and various other essential items to help the poor family in accomplishing marriage ceremony of their daughter.
The event witnessed the presence of key members, including Amita Bansal and Ritu Gupta, who joined hands to make the occasion more meaningful through their active participation and support.
A handout stated that this noble initiative is a testament to the values of compassion and generosity that both organizations stand for, with hopes that more people will come forward to contribute to similar causes, ensuring that every girl, regardless of her financial situation, can look forward to a joyous and dignified wedding.
