Fruits must reach poor

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched three new schemes, namely Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Atal Pension Yojana (APY) simultaneously at 115 locations throughout the country. 80-90 per cent people in the country have neither insurance cover nor any possibility of pension. This has been a major concern of the Prime Minister and the three above-mentioned schemes that have been launched are essentially to provide insurance to the poor and weaker sections of the population. It is a novel scheme that brings relief to a vast segment of our poor class. The success of the scheme is understandable from the fact that that in the first seven days of the trail-run, banks have enrolled 5.05 crore people.
The three insurance schemes launched by the Prime Minister will go a along way in bringing relief to the poor people because the rich and the affordable classes have already made their life insurances and can live a comfortable life. We strongly appreciate this move of the Prime Minister as it affects millions and millions of people of India.
